News Conference to discuss SB 1400

Sens. Lisa Baker (R-20) and Wayne Langerholc (R-35), along with Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday, will hold a news conference today to discuss Senate Bill 1400 and the urgency of the General Assembly taking action in light of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision in Commonwealth v. Lee, which could result in violent convicted murderers being released from prison.
