JOHNSTOWN – Sen. Wayne Langerholc, Jr. (R-35) issued the following statement on the recent violence in Cambria County:
“Over the past several weeks, I have worked directly with Chief Britton, District Attorney Aurandt and members of Cambria County law enforcement to identify the actions required to stop the violence gripping our community. The message from residents and law enforcement leaders is unmistakable: this violence must end and it must end immediately. I remain in constant communication with local officials, and I am fully committed to taking immediate, decisive action. We cannot allow this to continue. I will utilize all available state resources to assist in these efforts.”
