SB 807 (CULVER): The bill amends Act 79 of 1987, the Older Adult Protective Services Act, to direct the Department of Aging to establish a statewide elder abuse registry that includes the name, address and photograph of an abuser and associated information.
- Amendment A04380: makes technical changes to the bill, adds a definition and makes the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) responsible for the establishment and operation of the registry.
